Mr. Chandra Aditya Rabha
With great enthusiasm, I welcome you all to Eclectic Model United Nations.
As Helen Keller once said, "Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much." At Eclectic Model UN, we firmly believe in the power of collective action and collaboration to positively impact the world.
I started this organization with the aim of creating an environment that fosters diplomacy, collaboration, and critical thinking among our youth, who come from different backgrounds and cultures.
Our world is facing complex challenges dat require a collective effort to address, and Eclectic Model United Nations is committed to being part of the solution. We believe that it is through constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas that we can develop innovative solutions and strategies that have a positive impact on our world.
As we embark on this journey of intellectual discourse and exchange, let us remember that we are not only representing ourselves but also our nations and communities. About him
Chandra Aditya Rabha is a student at the Indian Institute of Management(IIM) Ranchi, pursuing an Integrated Programme in Management. He did his schooling at GD Goenka Public School, New Delhi. He is the Founder-President of Eclectic Model United Nations, Girl Up Ekta, and also the founder of Hype-grails India. He has been doing Model UNs for the past 7 years and has trained more than 2500+ students across the globe.
He is a state-level football player and also has played Cricket, Basketball, and Table-tennis at various levels. He also likes to play guitar and also sings sometimes.
He looks forward to striving for greatness, giving back to our communities, and to always pursuing our passions.
Director
Mr. Kaustubh Dabral
Kaustubh Dabral is a young, dynamic individual passionate about learning and leadership. He is a Business Management student pursuing his studies at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi.
He is currently serving as the Director of Eclectic Model United Nations. As the Director of Eclectic MUN, he has taken on the challenge of organizing educational conferences with enthusiasm and a deep commitment to excellence. Kaustubh's ability to think critically and creatively and his strong communication skills make him an excellent leader and collaborator.
In addition to his many other achievements and interests, Kaustubh is deeply passionate about public policy and international relations. He recognizes the importance of these fields in shaping the future of our society and has worked tirelessly to expand his knowledge and understanding of them.
Through his work at Eclectic MUN, Kaustubh aims to bring the world of international relations and diplomacy to a broader audience. He has organized conferences and events that have provided valuable learning opportunities for students, encouraging them to think critically and engage in constructive dialogue about some of the most pressing issues facing our world today

International Relations Officer
Mr. Viraansh Bhanushali
Viraansh Bhanushali, an accomplished law student at the renowned University of Oxford, holds the esteemed position of International Relations Officer for this year's highly anticipated Eclectic Model United Nations Conference.
Throughout his academic journey, Viraansh has demonstrated a keen interest in international law, human rights, and diplomacy. He has been an international debater in prestigious competitions, earning accolades and further cementing his reputation as an outstanding advocate and debater.

As the International Relations Officer for Eclectic Model UN, Viraansh's responsibilities include engaging with delegates from across the globe, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants, and promoting an inclusive, diverse, and intellectually stimulating environment. Viraansh's exceptional organizational skills, combined with his passion for fostering global connections, make him an invaluable asset to the Eclectic Model UN Conference.

International Relations Officer
Ms. Isha Chhabbra
Isha Chhabra, a double major in Econometrics and Environmental Economics and Policy at the University of California Berkeley, recognizes the significance of having a comprehensive understanding of international relations to address the world's complex challenges. Through her involvement in organizing and founding multiple Model UN conferences, she has honed her research, negotiation, and public speaking skills enabling her to contribute meaningfully to the discussions and debates at these conferences.

Isha is earmarked to impact the world positively and has been actively involved in various community service initiatives on the UC Campus. Her drive for change and promoting international cooperation is a core part of her personality.
As the International Relations Officer for Eclectic Model UN, Isha's role is vital in ensuring the conference's success. In addition, she is responsible for fostering collaboration and facilitating dialogue between participants. Her expertise in cross-cultural communication and a strong sense of diplomacy enables her to cultivate mutual understanding and encourage inclusive and multifarious perspectives.
